How do you launch a brokerage from scratch and have it take off?

Rural Realty is a Kansas farmland brokerage founded by an agent striking out on his own. We built the brand a custom website with a live land-auction system — and turned a standing start into steady search traffic and a growing team.

Rural Realty is a Kansas farmland brokerage founded by an agent who decided to go independent and build his own firm — helping clients buy, sell, and value rural land across the state.

Going out on his own meant starting with no website, no audience, and no search presence. Our job was to give the new brokerage a digital home base that looked the part, ran live land auctions, and pulled in qualified buyers from day one.

The Challenge

Starting a brokerage from scratch.

A successful agent decided to strike out on his own and launch his own land brokerage. Going independent meant building a brand, a website, and an audience from zero — in a competitive Kansas farmland market with no existing online presence to lean on.

Starting from zero

  • A brand-new brokerage with no website and no search footprint
  • Competing against established land firms with years of online equity
  • Specialized farmland and land-auction buyers are hard to reach online

What it had to do

  • Look credible enough to win high-value land listings from day one
  • Run live land auctions directly on his own domain
  • Pull in steady, qualified traffic to feed the pipeline
The Work

We built the brokerage a home base.

Custom Website Build

We designed and built a fast, modern site that positions him as the Kansas farmland expert — buy land, sell land, and land valuation all front and center.

Custom Auction Integration

We integrated a custom land-auction system right into the site, so active auctions run on his own domain instead of a third-party platform — keeping buyers and bidders in his ecosystem.

SEO & Search Visibility

We built the site to rank, structured around how land buyers actually search — so it now pulls 40K Google impressions and 1,500 clicks, and climbing.

Built to Perform

An A-grade build — 96% performance and half-second load times. Fast, reliable pages that Google and serious buyers both reward.

Performance

Built fast, built to rank.

Fast pages aren't a nice-to-have — Google and serious buyers both reward them. The site loads in half a second and scores near-perfect.
