Carolina Conditions has been making families comfortable across Columbia, Lexington, and the South Carolina Midlands since 2008 — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more, backed by a 4.9-star reputation across thousands of reviews.

But home services is a hard category to build a social following in. Nobody follows an HVAC company for fun. Our job was to change that — make their page something the community actually wanted to follow, then put it in front of as many local homeowners as possible.

The Challenge

Nobody follows an HVAC company… right?

Home services is need-based, not browse-based. People think about heating and plumbing once a year — when something breaks. That makes building an engaged, growing social audience genuinely hard.

Why home services struggle on social

  • Homeowners only think about HVAC when something breaks — no reason to follow along
  • Most trade pages post forgettable promos that get scrolled past
  • Reach stays flat because the content gives no reason to share or save

So the bar was high

  • The page had to earn attention, not just buy it
  • Content had to feel human — real people, not corporate stock
  • Growth had to be real local followers, not vanity numbers
The Work

We made the page worth the follow.

Custom Interviews & Storytelling

We put the team and real customers on camera — the faces behind the brand. People follow people, so we built content around the humans who show up to the job, not the equipment.

Aggressive Growth Strategy

A reach-first content engine: high-frequency posting, hooks built for the feed, and formats engineered to get shared and saved — not just liked.

Community-Worthy Content

Local-first storytelling that gave Midlands homeowners an actual reason to hit follow — behind-the-scenes, seasonal tips, and the personality that makes a brand worth rooting for.

Paid Amplification

We put the best-performing content behind Meta ads to reach the right Columbia and Lexington homeowners at scale — 7.13M impressions and climbing.
